Our structures are built to Florida code (approx. 170 mph wind rating).

The city inspects the work during construction. At those wind speeds, debris impact can weaken a structure, which is why code compliance and inspections matter.

We handle the plans, permits, and HOA process for you.

We quote remotely first. If a remote quote isn't possible, we'll schedule an on-site visit ($50 visit fee).

Screens are not included in our quotes. Electrical plans are not included by default — see our FAQ for options.
