Our structures are built to Florida code (approx. 170 mph wind rating) and are inspected by the city during construction. At those wind speeds, debris impact can weaken a structure, which is why code compliance and inspections matter.

Screens are not included in our quotes. Because our structures are square, another company can add screens afterward.

Electrical plans are not included by default; a licensed electrician can complete the plans and pass inspection afterward. We can include electrical upfront for $2,500, plus whatever additional work the city requires (for example, running lines to the breaker box).

Plans and permits are $3,750, plus $200 for HOA if applicable, payable to start. We handle the process, and the city inspects the work during construction.

$3,750 for plans and permits (plus $200 HOA if applicable) to start. After plans are approved: 30% to start the project, 40% after passing the first inspection, 20% after panels are installed, and 10% on final completion.

We quote remotely first. Send us the service you need, dimensions, project address/city, and photos of the area. If a remote quote isn't possible, we'll schedule an on-site visit ($50 visit fee).
