When a remote quote isn't possible, we schedule a visit ($50 visit fee).

4. Plans, permits & HOA

$3,750 for plans and permits, plus $200 HOA if applicable, to start.

After plans are approved: 30% to start the project, 40% after passing the first inspection, 20% after panels are installed, 10% on final completion. City inspects during construction.

We walk the finished space with you and close out the project. Every project is different — your estimate and schedule are confirmed in writing before work starts.
